How dosing is decided
Units go where your muscles call for them.
There's no package on the menu here. Melissa watches how you frown, raise, and squint, and maps units to the muscles doing the work. One person may need a modest count in a single area; another may use all 30 across three. The price per unit is the same either way, and you'll know the count before anything is injected.
First-time patients are dosed conservatively on purpose. The result typically shows by two weeks, you come back to see it together, and if you'd like a little more, that's when it's added. Starting light and refining is how natural results tend to happen.

How does $9.99 a unit work?
You pay for the units you receive, at $9.99 each, up to 30 units on your first visit. Melissa maps your areas and tells you the count and the total before treatment. If your plan calls for more than 30, the additional units are optional and billed at standard clinic rates.
How many units will I need?
It depends on your muscles, your goals, and what you have had before, which is why the count is set at consultation rather than in advance. Most single areas fall well under 30 units; treating two or three areas together may use all of them. Melissa starts first-time patients conservatively and refines at the two-week follow-up if you want more.
Which product do you use?
Xeomin is our primary neuromodulator, and Botox is in the rotation when it's the better fit for your history or the area being treated. Which one, and why, is decided with you at consultation.
Am I eligible?
Eligibility is determined by Melissa after reviewing your history, exam, and goals. Treatment is performed only if clinically appropriate. Certain conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections, or specific medications may preclude treatment; she will go through safety with you.
How fast will I see results, and how long do they last?
Most people begin to see results in 3 to 5 days, with peak effect around 10 to 14 days. Typical duration is about 3 to 4 months. Individual experiences vary.
What areas can I treat with this offer?
Common areas include frown lines (the elevens between the brows), forehead lines, and crow's feet. Melissa will map areas and recommended unit ranges at your visit.
Is the follow-up really included?
Yes. Every neurotoxin visit at Aetheria comes with a two-week follow-up at no charge. It's how Melissa sees the peak result with you and decides, together, whether anything needs refining.
