A small port. A thin cannula. Controlled radiofrequency delivered directly into the fat layer, heat that contracts skin and dissolves stubborn fat over weeks. No suction. No incisions. No surgery.

Jawline & chin.

A precise port behind the ear or under the chin. The cannula glides into the small subcutaneous pocket along the mandible. Energy melts the soft, stubborn fat that softens a jawline, and contracts the skin above it as it heals.

The most-requested QuantumRF treatment. One session for most patients. You’ll see definition emerge over four to twelve weeks.

Neck & décolleté.

Tighten loose skin and reduce fullness across the front of the neck. The cannula passes through one or two small ports under the chin to treat the broader submental and platysmal area.

Body. Abdomen, flanks, thighs.

The Day

What it actually feels like.

8:45 am

You arrive.

Welcomed to a comfortable, quiet space.

9:00 am

Day-of consultation.

Fifteen minutes, just us. We review the plan and confirm the treatment area.

9:30 am

Anesthesia.

Local anesthetic in the treatment zone, like a dental visit. You stay awake. The room is quiet, the lights low.

10:00 am

Treatment.

A small port, then the cannula. Thirty to sixty minutes depending on the area. You feel pressure and warmth, not pain.

11:30 am

You leave.

A small bandage. Mild swelling for a day or two. Most patients return to non-strenuous activity the next day.

Week 4

Results are typically visible.

Skin appears tighter. The angle of your jaw or neck a little sharper.

Week 12

Your contour has emerged.

Treated fat is metabolized. Collagen has rebuilt. The new contour tends to hold.

Timeline

How fat leaves the body.

Treated fat cells don’t shrink, they’re broken down and cleared by your body. Metabolization unfolds slowly, over the weeks that follow, while collagen rebuilds in the skin above. This is the timeline.

Week 0 · Treatment day

Energy delivered.

RF heats the fat layer. Cells damaged by heat begin the apoptotic cascade, programmed cell death. You feel pressure and warmth. Mild swelling for 24–72 hours.

Week 4

Macrophages arrive.

Immune cells begin clearing damaged adipocytes through the lymphatic system. Skin already starting to look tighter. First subtle changes visible to you, not yet to others.

Week 8

Collagen rebuilding.

Much of the treated fat now cleared. Dermal fibroblasts laying down new collagen and elastin. The angle of your jaw or neck is visibly different. Close friends start commenting.

Week 12 · Reveal

Final contour.

Treated fat cells have been cleared from the area. Skin tightening continues for months. The new contour has emerged. Many patients are satisfied with one session.

Treated adipocytes aren’t replaced. The contour QuantumRF reveals tends to hold, supported by lifestyle and time.

How is QuantumRF different from external fat-reduction treatments?

QuantumRF is internal radiofrequency. A small port, a thin cannula, controlled heat delivered directly into the fat layer. That precision means we can shape a specific area, address skin laxity at the same time, and most patients see meaningful results in fewer sessions than external treatments require.

Will it hurt?

You’ll feel pressure and warmth, not pain. We use local anesthetic in the treatment area, similar to a dental visit. Most patients are surprised at how comfortable it is. We stop and adjust if anything’s too much.

Will I look “done” or unnatural?

No. QuantumRF doesn’t add anything, it reveals the contour that’s already there by reducing fat and tightening skin. You’ll look like a sharper version of yourself. Friends will notice you look great; most won’t place why.

How fast will I see results?

Skin tightness is noticeable within days. Fat reduction emerges over four to twelve weeks as your body metabolizes the treated cells. Final result around week twelve, and treated fat cells aren’t replaced, the new contour tends to last.
